The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Direct Bill Associate to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the direct bill process end-to-end for regional agencies including but not limited to: cash receipts (direct bill), direct bill commission statement entry, direct bill download, and direct bill reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, HR, and CSRs as it relates to the direct bill process.
  • Work with SSC staff to ensure complete/accurate financials are reported and Cash is received promptly.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with AMS 360 (preferred)
  • Two or four-year college degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • Willingness to learn and follow process documentation.
  • Comfortable working and collaborating in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration
  • Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
