The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Junior Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Uniondale, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a virtual  position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist large lines team.
  • Assist in all aspects of client’s commercial insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration.
  • Contributing to various team meetings
  • Participating in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
  • Assisting clients with questions and issue resolution
  • Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • License preferred. Will be required within 1 year of hire.
  • Knowledge of AMS360 & IR helpful.
  • Ability to prioritize and stay detailed oriented.
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration

Benefits: 

  • Salary: $55,000-$70,000
