The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Benefits Analyst to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in California, MD. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Help support our large group clients.
• RFP and market analysis
• Analysis and preparation of data to be shared with clients.
• Budget dashboard and claims analysis for self-funded clients

Qualifications:

• Strong excel skills a must.
• Position will require L&H license.
• Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration.
