The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will report to our agency located Indian River, MI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-seat position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for our company, working with and assisting customers.
  • Provide administrative support across the organization.
  • Ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately & delivered promptly with high accuracy.
  • Process customer payments and answer questions pertaining to invoices

Qualifications:

  • High school degree
  • Experience in a front office, preferably handling receptionist duties
  • Solid communication skills
  • Capacity to organize, multitask, prioritize & work under pressure
  • Professional appearance
