The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Cranston, RI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to assist with updating systems data as necessary for accurate reporting including commissions tracking and to improve and further maintain the company’s data integrity.
  • Responsible for assisting our team with the maintenance of systems and databases related to client and insurance policy management.
  • Support and promote the company’s core values, mission, and strategic plans by providing support.

Qualifications:

  • Formal education in the form of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years working in an office setting is required.
  • Candidates must be proficient users of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Applicants must be organized, and efficient and complete their work collaboratively as part of a team most of the time, but work individually when needed.
