The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Assistant to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Pelham, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with reviewing and processing loss control recommendations and audits
  • Assist with endorsement requests and renewal marketing
  • Manage assorted administrative tasks related to CL account maintenance
  • Participate in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
  • Contribute to a positive workplace environment
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Licensing would be a benefit but not necessary.
  • Should have knowledge of microsoft products and tech savy.
  • Detail oriented, and efficient with time management necessary.

Benefits: 

  • Compensation: $65,000-$70,000/yr.
