The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Ancillary Marketing Manager or to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Shelton, CT. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for marketing and evaluating ancillary employee benefit lines
  • Develop and maintain client, broker relationships, and ensure services are maintained.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, best practices, and growth.
  • Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Insurance licensed
  • 2 to 3 years experience working with ancillary employee benefit plans at a carrier or broker.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills
