The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Processor to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Charleston, WV. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail using automated machinery and manual methods
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of mail and packages
  • Operate mail processing equipment - printers, scanners
  • Coordinate with our finance team to process check deposits
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to meet processing deadlines and goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equilalent preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
  • Basic accounting skills
