The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Benefits Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Abingdon, VA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert consulting and account management support to clients in the individual health and Medicare market segment.
Analyze client needs and deliver tailored recommendations and service solutions.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, clients, and insurance carriers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support the success of the organization and client relationships.
