The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Lafayette, LA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
  • Proactively manage an assigned book of business acting as the primary client relationship manager with responsibility for overall account servicing and maintenance.
  • Handle inquiries regarding insurance coverages, policy changes and general insurance questions as related to lines of business.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School or Bachelor’s degree
  • Property & Casualty license preferred, but can be obtained after employement
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Detail orientated and superior organizational skills
  • Deadline driven
  • Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration
  • Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
