The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Cheboygan, MI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phones and distribute calls to the appropriate departments
- Greet Client and internal staff as they into the office
- Sort and distribute mail to the appropriate departments
- Maintain and update database systems as needed
- Assist the Personal Lines team
- Any other duties that are assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Consumer facing, computer basic skills, willingness to work as team member 1-3 years in an administrative position in an office setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Must display a high level of confidentiality
- Must have strong computer skills and an intermediate level of Excel and Work including the use of Outlook
