The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Benefits Account Executive or to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Producers across the region to develop innovative strategies for winning new clients, along with overseeing the marketing of benefit plans, and ensuring the accurate delivery of tailored proposals.
Sell direct referral business without Producer involvement.
Develop and execute customized benefits strategies that align with client goals and objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client benefit programs and address challenges
Ensure client satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality service and strategic guidance
Regularly review client accounts to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement
