Executive Assistant

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Executive Assistant or to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the team and/or other leadership staff.
• Calendar organization
• Meeting outreach
• Phone call, task, reminder management
• Data entry management for salesforce
• Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School education
• Strong time management skills
• Microsoft outlook experience
• Superb communication skills and resourcefulness
• Multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
• Possible room for growth
