The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Benefits Communications Director or to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Cranston, RI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic communication plan for employee benefits, including health, wellness, retirement, and other programs.
- Create engaging and informative content for various communication channels, such as benefit guides, newsletters, and presentations.
- Collaborate with sales, service, the client and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate and timely dissemination of benefits information.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the benefits communication budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee benefits communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
