The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Claims Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Claims advocacy.
  • Interreact with policyholders (clients), advocate for clients, review claims determinations against coverage, analyze claims details, compile claims summaries, loss development charts, etc.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Insurance license required within 12 months.
  • Must work well with others and be collaborative.
  • Detail orientated and superior organizational skills.
  • Deadline driven
  • Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
