The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Claims advocacy.
- Interreact with policyholders (clients), advocate for clients, review claims determinations against coverage, analyze claims details, compile claims summaries, loss development charts, etc.
- Contribute to a positive workplace environment.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Insurance license required within 12 months.
- Must work well with others and be collaborative.
- Detail orientated and superior organizational skills.
- Deadline driven
- Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
